This achievement reflects the Authority’s continuous efforts to enhance the skills of Civil Defence personnel across all professional levels and reaffirms its leadership in adopting and applying the latest advanced training strategies and methodologies, positioning it as a benchmark institution in the region.
His Excellency Brigadier General Salem Abdullah bin Barak Al Dhaheri, Acting Director General of ADCDA, stated: "We take great pride in this achievement, which embodies the Authority’s vision of developing national competencies through innovative and specialized training programs. Receiving this prestigious international award is a confirmation of our continuous commitment to adopting the best global practices in human resource management and human capital development, which are essential in strengthening our teams’ readiness to address safety and emergency challenges."
