Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority (ADCDA) is committed to the continuity of its business and services delivered to Abu Dhabi citizens, residents and visitors in compliance with the Gen. Secretariat of AD Executive Council requirements, and NCEMA Business Continuity Management Standard NCEMA 7000. ADCDA is also committed to the continuous improvement by implementing Business Continuity Management standard ISO22301.

This policy serves as a general framework of the system objectives to ensure meeting all legal and legislative requirements as well as stakeholders’ requirements in line with the administrative systems in place.

ADCDA focuses on a constellation of operational and administrative manpower with a strong belief in the importance and necessity of increasing manpower competency to the highest possible levels by providing the appropriate training courses and the appropriate work environment to fulfill their tasks and duties efficiently and accurately to achieve the vision and ambitions of the senior management.

ADCDA is also eager to communicate this policy to all its staff and stakeholders across all functional and operational levels to deliver it. This policy shall be subject to periodic reviews to ensure continuity and appropriateness.
