ADCDA conducted a field training program at Indiana Academy in the United States of America, with the participation of 26 civil defence team leaders. This initiative is part of the Authority's ongoing efforts to enhance the capabilities and readiness of its personnel for effective response to various types of incidents and emergencies.

This program is part of the authority’s strategic plan to enhance the efficiency of its field teams by providing practical training on the latest global methods and technologies across various civil defence disciplines, ensuring alignment with internationally recognized best practices.

The program focused on developing participants' skills and preparing them to deal with high-risk emergency scenarios in realistic training environments using advanced simulation technologies, under the supervision of experts specialized in civil defence sciences.

The Authority emphasized that implementing such training programs reflects its commitment to developing human capital as one of the key pillars of the safety and civil protection system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, noting that preparing field leadership directly contributes to enhancing response efficiency and achieving the highest safety standards.
