ADCDA has signed a memorandum of understanding with "EDGE", one of the leading global groups in advanced technology and defence, and "Kintsugi Holding", a technology company that provides competitive and reliable products and systems for clients in both the public and private sectors. The goal of this agreement is to enhance the emergency response infrastructure and develop advanced solutions in the field of security and safety, on the sidelines of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2025) held in Abu Dhabi

 

ADCDA has signed a memorandum of understanding with "EDGE", one of the leading global groups in advanced technology and defence, and "Kintsugi Holding", a technology company that provides competitive and reliable products and systems for clients in both the public and private sectors. The goal of this agreement is to enhance the emergency response infrastructure and develop advanced solutions in the field of security and safety, on the sidelines of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2025) held in Abu Dhabi.

The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Faisal Al Bannai, Chairman of EDGE Group, His Excellency Brigadier General Salem Abdullah bin Barak Al Dhaheri, Acting Director General of ADCDA, and Mr. Hamad Al Marar, Managing Director and CEO of EDGE Group. The agreement was signed on behalf of ADCDA by Lieutenant Colonel Hassan Ali Al Katheeri, Director of the Chairman's Office and Leader of the Digital Transformation Strategy at ADCDA, and on behalf of "Kintsugi Holding" by its Managing Director, Mr. Sean Teo.

On this occasion, His Excellency Brigadier General Salem Abdullah bin Barak Al Dhaheri emphasized that this partnership reflects the Authority's commitment to adopting the latest technological innovations and enhancing cooperation with strategic partners, to ensure the development of solutions that contribute to the protection of lives and property and enhance the emergency response system in the emirate.

This collaboration aims to develop innovative systems in the fields of early warning, emergencies, and rapid response, by integrating the latest technological solutions into priority infrastructure, which contributes to improving the efficiency of emergency operations and enhancing the comprehensive integration of technical platforms. The partnership also seeks to achieve the highest standards of readiness and innovation, supporting the Emirate of Abu Dhabi's vision for sustainable safety and effective response to crises and emergencies.
