His Excellency Major General Pilot Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, inaugurated the Razeen Rescue, Firefighting and Ambulance Unit of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority, equipped with the latest equipment and advanced technologies, on the Razeen Street between Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain, as part of the concern in the fields of firefighting, rescue and ambulance, and to achieve an effective response to protect lives and property.

 

ADCDA has enhanced its field readiness by incorporating the training package "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence in Civil Defence Centers" into the unified ongoing training plan, dedicated to rescue and firefighting teams. This step reflects the Authority’s commitment to keeping pace with Abu Dhabi government’s directions to adopt modern technologies.

Colonel Dr. Ali Suleiman Al Neyadi, Head of Artificial Intelligence at the Authority, confirmed that this initiative comes as part of supporting the Authority’s strategic direction towards enabling modern technologies and enhancing the readiness of personnel to handle future challenges. He emphasized that integrating artificial intelligence into training programs represents a qualitative leap in developing field efficiency.

He added that the Authority is working to establish a culture of innovation within its work system by integrating smart solutions that help build a safer and more sustainable environment, aligned with Abu Dhabi’s future vision.

He highlighted that the training package aims to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge to use artificial intelligence in data analysis, risk prediction, and decision support during emergency management. This enhances the centers' readiness and achieves the highest levels of performance in addressing various field challenges, thereby contributing to the protection of lives and property.
