ADCDA wins Hamdan bin Rashid Award in the category of Education Supporting Institutions, as part of the educational awards by Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences at the United Arab Emirates level. This recognition honors its pioneering efforts in establishing a culture of prevention within the educational environment.

His Excellency Brigadier Salem Abdullah bin Barak Al Dhaheri, Director General of ADCDA, said: "The Authority’s win of Hamdan bin Rashid Award represents a national honor for our ongoing efforts to embed the concepts of excellence, innovation, and sustainability within the awareness and education system. We have been keen to align our educational programs with the best global practices and implement an effective governance system that achieves tangible social impact."

He added: "Our partnerships with the educational sector have been a fundamental pillar to ensure the sustainability of the project and to expand its impact, which has positively reflected on the quality of educational outcomes and the Authority’s role in building a conscious and responsible generation."

The Authority won the award for its pioneering initiative, "The Innovative Educational Project to Support Educational Institutions," which aims to integrate concepts of prevention and safety into the education system through modern interactive methods that rely on smart technologies and digital educational tools.

This initiative embodies the Authority’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with the educational sector and embedding a culture of safety as a core value within school environments, contributing to empowering students to handle risks efficiently, consciously, and responsibly.
